There would also be a need to build up contacts in various towns. I know we got Bob goin info crazy for TO. We've got our Ottawa, and Kingston connections. It would not be very tough to do, as long as there is daily communication channels happenin. Any one else have any interests in dabblin in HTML, graphix, etc? I would like to find someone who has some skills in that front that I could trust to put up pages here and there (they'd even get a password for the main ftp site...wow).
