Hmmm.... hey NewRider what's your source on this show? Since I couldn't make that night I wanted to check and see if they'd be somewhere drive-able from TO, and I couldn't find any mention of the show or the tour - not on mule.net, not on any of the fansites, JamBase, Pollstar... couldn't find hide nor hair of it. [Confused]

If anyone's got a list'o'tourdates, please post 'em!

Thanks,

Mr. M.

Here's the setlist from the smoker we saw 2 weeks ago that StonerGirl took the sweet pics for.

12/30/02 (Mon) Beacon Theatre - New York City, NY

Set 1: If I had Possesion over Judgement Day, Gameface, No need To Suffer, Driving Rain, Maggotbrain, Doing it to Death, Higher Ground, World of Confusion, The Same Price, 21st Century Schizoid Man

Set 2: Rockin Horse, Fallen Down, Sailing Shoes, Spanish Moon, Cissy Strut, Spanish Moon, Hot n Tot, ScoMule, Fools Moon, Sometimes Salvation, E: 30 Days in The Hole

Lineup: Warren Haynes, Matt Abts, Danny Louis - keyboards, Greg Rzab - bass

+ scofield and many other guests and like 7 different bass players

I just thought I'd brag about how good of a freaking show this one was. Beacon Theatre, first time there, classic venue, so much history, beautiful and weird. Sit down in seats. Welcome to New York City! Freak boy and Stoner girl siting right in front of us. Ninja and Potty lurking also. How do you do? Pass a big joint smoke all over the place in the light. Lady come down to try to get past Freaker to his seat. Freaker smoking then exhailing it all right into the ladies face by accident. Lady pointing at him and saying, "NO SMOKING", then says "WHAT IS THAT?" and leaves. Evening capped off nicely by all of us making the "grand exit" from the Theatre's antique fire-escapes-style back exit and down onto Broadway.

First time seeing the mule for me. Reviewing the setlist and reliving the memories whoa, awesome show! Then again.... that was just the beginning..
