What that means is No Distribution has a bunch of the cd's and they send them to some of their customers (most music stores across Canada) where they think it might sell, but more importantly, they are the ones the record store contacts when people WALK INTO A STORE AND REQUEST THAT THE CD GETS ORDERED. Tell the store owner it's distributed by No Distribution (that'll save them having to look it up) and order it. That being said, the deal with No happened very recently, so likely there aren't copies in any store yet, but if the store owner calls them, they'll get the cd.
