Jaimoe Posted September 18, 2002 Report Share Posted September 18, 2002 I've heard the Hendrix guitar in question played. Dweezil was on CNN kickin' out the jams on Jimi's burned Fender. It sounded great, but it should: Dweezil is a guitar master and his daddy loved re-building guitars... and playing them. By-the-by, I have an original copy of that Frank Zappa Guitar Player issue. It's a good read. Frank is really technical in the issue's interview ( big surprise ), but he also goes on to explain his blues guitar influences. I miss Frank.
