Just no ticket. Actually, the person I was going with also bailed. Ugh. New year's alone in NYC. Without a ticket, it's suddenly not nearly as appealing! Ah well. If anyone else counted their chickens before they hatched and are now ticketless and going to be in NYC anyway, we should all gather in a park and ring the new year in in our own way. Kinda like when people don't get dates to their high school proms and say they wanted to go stag, anyway. But with better music and fewer pastel poofy dresses. That computerized voice is still ringing in my ears: there are no more tickets for ... Phish... Madison Square Gardens... your call is important to us..." Congrats to those who got tix.
