Editors and publishers (which includes people who run and moderate websites and message boards) not only have the authority to decide what they do and don't publish (which includes removing content they don't like), they have the responsibility to do so. Censorship, on the other hand, involves a third party (beyond the author and the publisher), such as a government, interceding and dictating what can't get published or what has to get published.
