Looking for Cool Edit software

I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of Cool Edit software that they would be willing to 'share'. Before Adobe bought out the company, there used to be a 'trial' version that you could download and use, but that's no more and i'm sol!!

is there a reason why you want Cool Edit and not.. say.. SoundForge?

This may not help you but I have Sound Forge 6 along with a key generator,works perfect everytime.

Thanks for the responses, I was able to get a copy of the latest version. Soundforge is fine as well, I'm just more familiar with Cool Edit.
