Guest Low Roller
Count Dooku is a pussy. I think he's the worst villain in all six episodes. I can't wait until he gets killed by... oops, I've said too much.

bouche
the '5' stands for the number of people that actually watch that show.
secondtube
is it strange that i've never seen a single movie? would a person not really into the whole fantasy space deal get into the series? and finally, where would i start?
Guest Low Roller
*gasp* what we have here is a rare opportunity to get someone of mature age to view the movies in the order in which Lucas intended to tell his story... I suggest you start with Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. It's the lamest of all the movies, but it sets up all the important characters for the next five movies. Whether you'll get into it if you aren't into the fantasy genre, well that I don't really know. Give it a shot. You just reminded me of my dad when I asked him for his opinion on the first Lord of the Rings movie. His response floored me: "There is too much fantasy". AdamH
I say watch the original three because the remakes are all kife. You'll like them if you get past the chees factor of a thrity year-old movie.
secondtube
hmmm....well, i LOVE the LOTR's so..... i'm gonna give it a shot....So just watch Episode 1, then 2, and so on? sounds like fun....are they all for rent or???
Booche
Wait a second..................... Something smells funny here. (Personally, I would watch them in order and that includes the upcoming one.)
AdamH
No, no I wouldn't. That would mean sitting through 2, and hell probably 3 sub-par movies at this rate. All this to get to the genius that was the original three.
Booche
That's your opinion but the fact remains he would be able to see a new release in the theater, not to mention seeing the story unfold as it does for children today.
Del
'Tube, if I were you I'd only watch Episodes 4, 5 and 6... Episode 1 sucked, badly, and what I've seen of Episode 2 made me yawn... I can't imagine 3 being any better... You can rent 4, 5 and 6 pretty much anywhere...
Guest Low Roller
Yes, yes. We've already established that Episodes 1 and 2 are subpar. The point is that ST can watch the full story from the beginning unlike the rest of the wookies on this board that saw 4, 5, and 6 first. Firstly it's a unique point of view, secondly, maybe 1 and 2 aren't that bad if you can't compare them to 4, 5, and 6. As a lifelong Star Wars fan I'm looking for any glimmer of hope that George Lucas didn't lose his fu©king mind and that he knew what he was doing all along. RayRay
I also have reservations about the newer episodes, but i might just be swayed by having seen 4,5 and 6 first. Start at the begining, then you will know that the next movie will be slightly better than the last instead of the other way around. PS Episode 5 is the best anyway. Del
Agreed RayRay, 5 is the best...
