Ottawa Outdoor Jam Party THIS Saturday!!!

Hux

Recommended Posts

......we just cooked this up last night, but the Jiva Ju guys have a great house on Main St. with a big parking lot/back yard, and they agreed to have an outdoor bash on Saturday!

It's 40 Main St. (more detailed directions to come) full band-gear will be set-up, drums, PA everything, and we hope to start the jamming in the early afternoon and go through the night!!!!

So if you have an instrument and want to jam, come on out!! Let me also be clear, this is not a musicians-only affair, bring a frisbee, ball glove, cooler, hang for a bit, have a few pops - everyone is welcome!

It'll be a BYOE (Bring Your Own Everything)

.....more details to follow.....

I'm hoping to be there; I may have to work tomorrow, so I'm not sure about the timing.

I'll be bringing at least my guitar; if I can get a ride with somebody, I can bring more (like my amp, a couple of mics [an SM-57 and a Cascade M-20] and a small stand, and my effects).

(One question: it looks like the house is on the #5 bus route, correct? Is there any better way to get there on OC Transpo?)

Aloha,

Brad

Your call name seems to indicate that you have some control over that [smile]

Bradm: they live relatively close to the Mann transitway stop if that helps.
