hotmail question

Every time (for two weeks now) that I try to log in with my thetummies address, I get the screen that asks me to type letters and numbers from a squiggly page to prove I'm human. I do this and am forwarded back to the sign in screen. I sign in again and am taken back to the squiggly line page. When I give up and try to sign in under another addy, I'm told I'm already signed in as thetummies, though I can find no way to access my account. Other hotmail addresses I check work fine.

I've written hotmail and am now playing the waiting game, which sucks.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps I'm not human after all?

Google --> hotmail hipservice

and then get a gmail account
