I'll see if I can get it working..but a free tool would be ideal yeah.... we ordered a harddrive for nightly backups, but we haven't got it yet. so...no backup. It just disappeared. CyberHippie Posted April 8, 2005 Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 That's a bugger man. I feel your pain. I just recently built a machine for a friend. Two weeks later, somehow he managed to corrupt the boot sector. Wasn't able to repair it. Had to wipe the drive and start all over again, installing windows and all the software/drivers for the 4th fu©king time now! arghghg!!!
