dark_starr
Hey Snail, sorry to hear about your predicament, but I'm sure that it'll all work out in the end. One story in favour of Steve's:Recently I found myself in dire need of a new bass cabinet; after doing some research, I decided to go with a particular model of Ampeg. The problem was, I couldn't find the model I was looking for anywhere in Ontario. Steve's said that they'd overnight what I was looking for from Montreal, promising that it would be in the Toronto store the next day for me to try out. It was, and they knocked 50 bucks off of the price that L$M quoted me (score!). The salesperson helped me haul the thing out to my car, where I noticed a 30 dollar parking ticket on the windshield. To my amazement, the sales guy zipped back in the sore and soon emerged with 30 bucks for me to pay the ticket with! How cool was that? That said, I've dealt with a number of pricks there, too; and the place is wayyy to inconvenient for me to get to (I usually frequent L&M in Burlington)

Fendermender
It's true; not all employees of music stores are nice people, all of the time! I just want to say that the same is true of music store customers.Still mending Fenders (anything with strings, actually...) at L&M - Ottawa,TC
