The Souljazz Orchestra 2006-11-04 at Le Petit Chicago in Gatineau, QC. This was a great concert/night. They started early (like 9:40pm), did three sets (the first two about 40 minutes each, the last about 60 minutes with two encore songs, including a repeat of a song from the first set because the crowd was screaming for it :) ), and got the crowd dancing (including couples actually dancing with each other), even to the point of friends on the floor pulling their friends who were sitting up onto the floor. Add in Belle Guelle and Coup de Grisou on tap, have the show end early (like 1:30am), and I'm just about funned out.

Aloha,

Brad

friggin' 'i fought the law (and the law won)', before that it was 'bad, bad leroy brown', and before that it was 'goin' to the chapel', and before that it was 'ain't no mountain high enough'.

'under the boardwalk' just finished and we've moved onto 'love potion no. 9'.

good times.

Ahhh AM Radio classics! Now you just need the Pina Colada Song, ebony and Ivory, The needle and the Damage done, and Aint no Sunshine when she's gone, me and Julio, and you got my youth traveling around town to town to play hockey games...

Mixed disc of some very sweet art, complements of Timouse. Starts off with Will it go Round (Billy Preston version, sorry dog...) and then further into the funken chaos. I love when people give me mixed discs. I never have the wherewithall to make my own and my son never gives up the ipod.

Thanks tim!
