This is a step in the right direction for sure. (Although my experience with ExcelHR left much to be desired. They offered me a job as a recruitment specialist (one of them) and I wasn't after that. They didn't find me anything else after that).I have a really great contact at Spherion if you're interested. She got me into Minto and had several other offers at the time as well.
