You're invited! We'll be celebrating two years since the Owl unfurled its wings at its current location, Swizzles Bar & Grill -- and ten years since the first Dusty Owl reading at the late and lamented Café Wim. It's been a long, strange trip -- and it's just getting started.

We've invited all our former readers from the last ten years to come up and take the mike. Anyone who's been a feature with us is welcome to come and read, bring their books and zines to sell, and get together for a family reunion of sorts.

Featured readers confirmed so far: Jim Larwill, Rob McLeod, Ronnie Brown, Warren Layberry, Oni the Haitian Sensation, John Akpata, John Lavery, and Jennifer Whiteford (AKA Matilda) -- and more artists may join the party! Not to mention, the open mike will be wide open and available for anyone else who wants to come and share their work...

There will be cake (there has to be cake) and good cheer, music, drinks, friendship, and best of all, a lot of art. We hope you can make it out -- we wouldn't be here without our readers and our listeners, the people who step up to the open mike and those who listen appreciatively; and we want to let you know how much your support means to us.
