do you realize how easy it is to make that shit?

- slightly freeze a little sirloin to allow you to slice it very thin.

- chop up some onions

- slice tomatoes

- shredded lettuce

- get some dill pickles from mcdonald's (I swear they use the same ones.)

- processed cheese slice (make sure you get it to the length of the bun)

- ketchup

- long soft bun

- salt

- pepper

1. toss onions into the skillet

2. after a couple of minutes, add the thinly sliced sirloin

3. sautee until browned meat

4. form meat pile into the shape and length of the bun

5. lay cheese on top of meat

6. split bun and lay on top of cheese

7. after 30 sec. (allow cheese to melt and bun to steam) slide spatula underneath meat with hand on top of bun and flip hoagie over

8. add lettuce, pickles, tomatoe and then a squirt of ketchup.

You have just made your first Cheesesteade Hoagie.

Sounds good but still not the same Bouche. What you are missing is the years and years of build up on the grill from tens of thousands of Hoagies being cooked. OH God, I gotta go get one ;)

I havent been served by an ex-female con in years at a Hoagie House so your point can be put to rest.

By "ex-female con" do you mean an ex-con who's a female, or a con who used to be a female? (And how would you know the server is an ex-female con?)

Aloha,

Brad

Oh Dinghy I meant to give you a review of my Hoagie House experience.

It was so nice to walk into the Hoagie House to escape the rancid smell of Bouchards in travel.

The sandwhich looked absolutely disgusting. One of the least appetizing things I've ever purchased. The "special" sauce was ketchup and I'm not a fan of ketchup (my pallette is too snooty).

It was delicious. I want another one.
