Ms Zimmy
Anyone know how to spice up the old traditional recipe? I am trying to avoid the salt which is a big part of most soups...I'm thinking green beans, garlic, carrot.....any suggestions? Douglas
I think LJFH has a good split pea soup recipe...
bradm
I'm thinking that some dense, spicy sausage (like chorizo), chopped into tiny cubes, would add a lot to a basic pea soup (and instead of ham).Aloha,Brad
