While we're talkin' Helix again, before I left home I picked up a copy of Brian Vollmer's new book "Gimme An R". A Biography of Helix. Its got some amazing rock and roll tales and definitely worth a read. I've always been disgruntled that Bidini didn't include Helix in "On A Cold Road", as they were one of the hardest working bands in rock & roll in the 80s.
