But when I get drunk I get up at 6am bright and ready for the day?? MuleMomma Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Hey captainsunshine - You could work nightshift, then you'd still only sleep a couple of hours, but you wouldn't get up until midnight (or you'd end up wearing off the booze and coming down before you'd ever get to sleep). Thanks..The one thing about getting up so early is that I can watch TV classics like Carebears, Saved by the Bell, Captain Planet, and Inspector Gadget...Yay for insomnia!!! I had one helluva long drinkin' day yesterday (thanks to one of those going away parties) and I guess I managed to not get too super blotto cause I feel pretty good Mind you, I wasn't up until popoweenie's 4 AM call. The best solutions I've so far found are a) don't drink (this can be unsatisfying on a variety of levels), and mushrooms 4-6 hours before drinking. Dosage may vary. And given that my nights-before usually involve recording bands at clubs, I spend a few frantic minutes searching the bedroom for the mic stand I know must be there somewhere...Aloha,Brad* This morning, for example, I woke up about 7:30am, and wondered why the band had played so long that it was now daylight...
