bradm
Does anybody know the capacity of The Horseshoe? I'm thinking 200-300 (about the size of Mavericks), but it's been a while since I've been there.Aloha,Brad
NewRider
Capacity is around 200 I believe. I can't understand why this show is at the 'Shoe. Old Crow Medicine Show pretty much sold out the Mod Club. Why not put Yonder there?
AD
According to this capacity is
Baj
whatever the capacity it gets way too crowded up in that black box of a room with a horrible bottle neck of people at the exit...
AD
don't stand near the exit during the show then
Baj
I don't! but to get outside for a puff at set break its near impossible with the very crowded and slow serving bar being right beside the exit...
Kanada Kev
Baj, at this show, I say we just go downstairs, say high to the guys in the band since the dressing room is down there, get invited in, and enjoy a few beers and a peaceful "smoking room"
Baj
have I ever told you "I like the cut of your gib"
AD
yeah, that back bar does suck for service.
Kanada Kev
Thank you sir. Which "gib" are you talking about? I believe you meant "jib" ... i used to sail a lot so I'm just jabbing ya . I guess that means I was giving you a "jib jab". The Gee Gees would give you more of a Jive Talkin' jab I suppose. Fuck i wish i wasn't at work and i was at home with my beer fridge and brand new Weber bbq

Kanada Kev
I hope you got the Summit S-[color:green]420 Trust me, I was tempted. Darlene laughed when I told her it was perfect ... a 420 BBQ!! However, I was able to get a really good deal on a previous year's model (which has some better made components) and it's name suits be fine too: the Weber GENESIS <--- gotta love the old Genesis It's a natural gas model too, so I won't be running out of propane in the middle of cooking a heavenly steak. Now i'm freakin' hungry! I miss my bbq
