I got a new camera and I took a bunch of Video but cant for the life of me figure out how to burn anything without turning it into a stupid slideshow that cuts and pastes everything at random. Is there a way without buying a program to pull this off? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Probably easiest thing is to go Quicktime -> AVI and then burn the AVI to a DVD (lots of popular burning programs support burning an AVI as DVD, Nero included)

There's tons of stuff to convert Quicktime to AVI, like this one

WinAVI can do this sort of stuff too, but isn't free .. although it's got a free trial evaluation period.
