going to try to get tool tickets today at 5, last show sold out in 20 minutes, just wondering if anyone had any tips for the best way to get tickets in a small window of time.

is internet best or phone, or showing up at a ticketmaster location?

probably internet I'd assume.

1. Find a dark alley near the venue

2. Offer someone smaller then you a cheap price on good hash

3. Enter the dark alley

4. Tune em up and take their tickets

if it's massey hall, become a member first. internet works, but you have to be ready with all of your information (credit card, etc) and links handy and ready to refresh the page within 5-10 minutes of the onsale time.

It's also a good idea to have a profile on Ticketmaster and be logged in so when it's time to buy, you don't lose your tickets because you're a slow typer filling out the form.

I dunno bud, I think just getting on the inernet is the best way. Although there are those remote ticketmaster locations around still - perhaps showing up early and getting in line the old-fashioned way is still the best way but then I haven;t done that for years and I wouldn't know many like-minded people there could be waiting with you......?

Phone the venue. If and when you get through, they'll give you far superior seats than offered at Ticketmaster, plus the venue in question will have a set amount of seats set aside for phone-ins.

Any place with a box-office. I assume Copps has a box-office for concert tickets.
