Its the way a person who is not only really drunk and high but also stuffers from sevear learning disabilities, and or dexlexia type the word smoke. At 6:30 am after being out all night. Not to mention I have my lap top on the arm of my chair and can olny type with my left hand raised to the point where I can't even see the keyboard

Congrats! And I'll second the recommendation for Allen Carr. It's been almost six months for me, I bought the deck of cards instead of the full book:


A coworker of mine found the book too repetitive and therefore frustrating and therefore she wanted a smoke, but the mini book in the card pack was nice and succinct. The best part was passing the it on to someone else who wanted to use it, when I was done.
