Calamity Jane Posted September 25, 2007 Report Share Posted September 25, 2007 okay...an attempt at a game of sorts....connect two words or phrases , or create a new pun.this one just occurred to me and I did wonder if there is any connection between being a "working stiff" and looking forward to (and in my case, often requiring) a "stiff drink" at day's end.get it? VERY loose rules, if any at all, but I do so enjoy word-play........and seriously, does anyone know if there is a relation between the use of the word stiff in each case here?
