Esau.
Ambulance Blues!!That song alone, and the possibility of it being played in Toronto will no doubt make me wish I could have afforded tickets for Massey Hall.

DevO
What a wicked setlist! This is the kind of stuff I was hoping for. Ambulance Blues, Journey Through The Past (that song at Massey!??!?! ridiculous!), Oh Lonesome Me, Bad Fog of Loneliness. Looks amazing! Here's hoping for Albequrque too. DevO
I'm surprised no one's commented on the lack of setlist variation yet. I guess its too early to tell, but do you reckon he'll do roughly the same set every night? If so, what about multiple nights in one city? Does Neil regularly do tours this way? I know that on the Fall 2000 tour (the one that the Live at Red Rocks - Friends & Relatives dvd came out of), he essentially did the same set each night with the exception of the encore. On the bright side, if there is a lot of repetition, at least its a GREAT setlist he's working with.
phorbesie
hehe...just figured i'd wait for a few more shows to occur before musing too much over it. i can't imagine it being the same for the whole tour. but who knows!
Basher
I assumed from the start that he would essentially do the same setlist each night, with a song or two changed. One of the reasons I only bought tickets to one show at Massey.
phorbesie
i agree it will probably be like that, although i hope there are a few bustouts on the multiple night runs
NewRider
I'd like to think that there will be something special for Toronto.
secondtube
his last tour, greendale, had two nights in toronto...obviously the greendale set was the same, as it was an individual performance, but the encore each night (seven songs with crazy horse) differed. DevO
Last night's set... Substitute 'Journey Through The Past' for 'After The Goldrush'... And an encore change-up too.10-22-2007, Keller Theater, Portland, Oregon w/ Rick Rosas, Ben Keith & Ralph MolinaFrom Hank To Hendrix / Ambulance Blues / Sad Movies / A Man Needs A Maid / No One Seems To Know / Harvest / After The Gold Rush / Mellow My Mind / Love Art Blues / Love Is A Rose / Heart Of Gold // The Loner / Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere / Dirty Old Man / Spirit Road / Bad Fog Of Loneliness / Winterlong / Oh, Lonesome Me / The Believer / No Hidden Path // Cinnamon Girl / Like A Hurricane Edited October 23, 2007 by Guest
