Dr. J
That's right. Before heading to the east coast and before stopping here The Spades will be doing a show here Hope some folks can make it out. I gotta a feeling this one's gonna rock a little extra. Cover is probably around $5 and start time is around 10 - 10:30. As far as I know, The Spades are the only band on the bill.
bradm
As far as I know, The Spades are the only band on the bill.I'm hoping this means it'll be a multi-set show. I think it's been over a year since I've seen them do more than one set (even headlining in Ottawa, it seems like they've been doing one-big-set shows over the last year or more).Aloha,Brad Edited November 8, 2007 by Guest
Dr. J
I suspect this will be a multi-set show much like we used to see in the pre-Feldman days.

Dr. J
I'm calling a "Police Cruiser" opener. Heard a sweet version yesterday. Looking forward to hearing another tonite and to seeing everyone! I believe the band goes on around 10:30 - 11:00.

DevO
Nice setlist. Does Chachi ever bust out the mandolin these days?
bradm
Does Chachi ever bust out the mandolin these days?He didn't last night, and hasn't in the last several shows of theirs that I'v seen. James does have a lap steel now (and he used it in "Police Cruiser" and "Gorilla Thought" if I recall correctly); last night was the first time (or so I was told) that they'd used it on stage.Aloha,Brad
