Large Marge
Hey kids,I'm planning a show in Glen Rouge Park as part of the Tour de Greenbelt and need some ideas for a local, well-known musician or band. The problem is that it's located near a natural bird migratory stop so I've got to keep the decibels down. I was thinking a Cuff the Duke/Blue Rodeo night might be in order, but I need some back up ideas. Bluegrass perhaps? Do any of those types draw a crowd? Thanks!!! AD
Skydiggers would be awesome. Are they still around? Andy and Josh are still playing gigs, they played that benefit for the murdered guy in Toronto on Sunday. I'm not sure about the rest of the band. jayr
Don Ross, maybe?Due to terrible timing I've had tickets to see him twice, a ticket for a guitar workshop he was doing and still all I've seen is his live DVD. Killer stuff... Highly recommend. Edited March 5, 2008 by Guest
