afro poppa
Well it seems that this inevitable so how about a little fantasy trade creating? You can use the ESPN Trade Machine to make it a little more realistic. How about TJ Ford for Corey Maggette straight up?
Thorgnor
T.J. Ford, Anthony Parker and Kris Humphries for... 'SHEED!!!!!!! Dream Big!
Thorgnor
or T.J., Bargnani and Garbajosa for Ben Wallace?
badams
Ben Wallace? I think he is a little past his prime. His stats are declining.
Thorgnor
Bargnani is on the climb eh?I like Garbajosa but his legs could use some work, too injury prone, at least Ben plays and he isn't all reresented in stats... besides the raps cvould score even with him on the floor. (and it works in the trade machine)I'm all about the Wallace deal. Edited June 1, 2008 by Guest
Thorgnor
How 'bout this folks...T.J., Bargnani and Garbo for the Mighty Yao Ming?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?A Bosh/Ming frontcourt sounds aiiight to me.
Basher
Yao is good for 50 games a year.
Jaimoe
Yao is good for 50 games a year. And Bosh is good for 60-65. If Yao is injury-prone at his young age, imagine an older Yao?
Basher
Bosh has averaged 72.4 games per season for his career. Yao, 67.3, and 53 over the past 3 seasons.
LXQ42
I tried TJ Bargnani and Kris Humphries for Dalembert...Would be a great trade...

afro poppa
hmmm rasheed wallace would be interesting....isnt he a FA or something? Edited June 3, 2008 by Guest
Thorgnor
Apparently on Detroit radio they were saying that if 'Sheed goes so does Prince to the same home... I don't think the Pistons want T.J. but they could probably get a hold of a lot of the Raptors depth to build on next year if the trade went through. I'm gonna start figuring out if the Raps could work both with Bosh still in the line up... lots of dough though.
LXQ42
TJ and Maceo Bastan to Portland for Greg Oden and Brandan Roy....pretty sweet. Edited June 5, 2008 by Guest
Thorgnor
WOW... that is sweet!!!!!!!! Well done LXQ42, I can't seem to find a way to get Prince and Sheed from the D and stiil keep anything close to the current lineup... so it's not gonna happen probably, but if the Gods are watching hopefully they'll hear that Portland deal. Jaimoe
If a deal gets done, it may come as late as draft day. BTW, have any of you arm-chair GMs been following the Raptors potential draftee workouts? Don't be shocked if they draft Robin Lopez.
afro poppa
Yea I have been following the workouts...it all depends on whose available at the pick.I've read Donte Green as well as a possible selection but I doubt he drops that far... Jaimoe
I can't wait to see what sap drafts O.J. Mayo. The guy is poison and not the youthful age he says he is... allegedly.
Basher
Word is Miami may be willing to trade the number 2 pick, especially if Chicago takes Rose. They need a PG, and have shown interest in TJ. Clearly other pieces would need to be added both ways, but that would be interesting.
afro poppa
yea could you imagine Beasley in a Raps uniform? How about TJ Ford, Anthony Parker, and Rasho for 2nd Pick and Shawn Marion?(Y)
Thorgnor
I think I'd prefer Oden now that he's been through the rough patch.. I love Kansas though so !?!?!?!? I think Lopez could work out... we could get rid of a lot of garbage depth as I call it... Baston, Graham, Humph, Bargnani, hopefully not Garbajosa but we'll see if he's through the tough patch as well... maybe a real year...
afro poppa
I am unsure whether Bargs and Hump are garbage depth. I want to give Bargs one more season before I consider him garbage...and Hump improves everytime I see him. A great 10th/11th guy to have on the bench
LXQ42
Weird to even think of an overall #1 as garbage eh?
Thorgnor
I just don't see Banana making a difference on the floor without a real big man up front and then where does Bosh stand? Humph admittedly has had some great moments but he's undersized for a centre and won't be able to control anyone like Gasol or Garnett so he's really no use if we're talking about a real team... I mean Baston has great offence and nothing else, they' just aren't good enough to win in the NBA unfortunately.... Yao or Sheed or Sammy D on the other hand.... Basher
Weird to even think of an overall #1 as garbage eh?Not at all. That list is not exclusive.
