Birdy Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 I was in the airport yesterday after missing my flight, hanging out in a restaurant, watching a soldier all dressed up in uniform sitting with what i'm assuming was his wife or girlfriend and beside them, a tiny baby in a stroller. He had his head down and was quietly crying, wiping tears constantly off of his face. His girlfriend was holding his other hand, helping him, crying herself. Fuck me. I couldn't not stare at them. For a few minutes there I was tempted to take my camera out of my bag and snap a couple of photos under the radar but couldn't bring myself to do it.
