Way to go you fucking tool. Hopefully you will recover but use some goddamn common sense. Dont you realize the target you put on your head? And way to go Al Davis for signing him. WTF were you thinking? Everyone knew this deal was waaaaay overpriced.

Oakland Raiders wide receiver Javon Walker reportedly was the victim of a robbery early Monday.

Walker, 29, was found unconscious at an intersection near the famed Las Vegas Strip, having sustained "significant injuries," Las Vegas police spokesman Bill Cassell said.

According to KVVU-TV, Walker is listed in fair condition at Sunrise Medical Center with a fractured orbital.

Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Norm Clarke wrote that Walker partied Saturday night at Tryst, a popular casino in the Wynn, "spraying the crowd with some of the 15 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose champagne he ordered. Also at the club: UFC fighter Wanderlei Silva and former NBA standout Charles Oakley [who played for the Toronto Raptors]. Walker later moved over to Drai's After Hours."

Walker has spent the past six years playing pro football, making 252 catches for 3,815 yards and 30 touchdowns in 72 NFL games.

Drafted 20th overall by Green Bay in 2002, he played four seasons with the Packers before being traded to the Denver Broncos for a second-round draft pick on April 29, 2006.

Walker was limited by a right knee injury to eight games last season, finishing with 26 receptions worth 287 yards.

It is not the first time Walker has become embroiled in a violent situation off the field. Not long after an alleged altercation involving several people at a Denver nightclub on New Year's Day 2007, Walker was sitting in a limousine when shots were fired into the vehicle, killing Broncos teammate Darrent Williams.

He signed a six-year, $55-million US contract with Oakland on March 4.

Seriously though. How does a player of this stature end up in Vegas out a the strip clubs without a posse? He had on some bling that you cant see in this shot and its gotta be worth 20 grand. He's 30 years old for Christ's sake and has been in trouble spots in the past.

Shouldnt people learn stuff?

Yes they should...

Here is a story from Saturday night. I was at a buddies stag and the host brought in a stripper for the festivities. At one point one of the guests jumped up, ripped off ALL of his clothes and danced with the girl for a while. There were cameras and video cameras going. I am sure this happens a lot but the difference is this guy is a young NHL goalie. Likely nothing will ever come out of it but you never know who will get their hands on those pics or how good of a career (if any) he will have in the NHL.

Booze was obviously a factor but I guess he didn't care... at least not yet.
