I've also done "Shower Coffees" but it's nowhere near as relaxing and I always mind myself looking for whiteboard markers so that I can brainstorm something.How about this: Ever do the shower beers / sit-down shower combination? I love sitting in the shower with the piping hot water smashing at the back of my neck and an ice-cold can of Guinness in my hand. Pure bliss.
