rubberdinghy Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 Just thought I'd check in with you fine folks before this beauty goes on the market. - Its a 1 bedroom, in a 2 unit building on Arlington Ave, between the Glebe and Centretown. - The whole apartment has been recently renovated with new floors, new paint, new fixtures and a new bathroom with a clawfoot tub. - It has brand new appliances (all stainless steel) and yes that does include a washer and dryer. - Front balcony - Close to everything - Downstairs neighbors are great - Rent is $900 all inclusive (except Hydro $30-50 a month) Here are some pictures So the deal is we gave our two month notice today but if we can find someone to rent it by Dec 1st we can move out early and get our new place.
