We're gonna back Terra up for a bit, and something real new to our repertoire is Pete's Blackburn songs. He's never played them with a band and I think they're sounding awesome.That, plus your favourite balls-heavy psyched-out Huron jams, the singable guitar-pop of Cam Malcolm's Owls, and the lonesome alt-country of Espanola. The band sounded sooo good and the house was packed. 3 killer sets and Terra Lightfoot has such a great voice. Really looking forward to next week with Julie Fader. Tom will be getting up with us this week, as will Julie Fader...we might even arrange a duet between them of Gram Parsons/Emylou Harris proportions...we're trying to, at least.
