Baj Posted December 7, 2008 Report Share Posted December 7, 2008 Thought some of you may be interested if it hasnt already been posted, from Jambands.com:The Slip’s Brad and Andrew Barr formed the band Super Little after they relocated from New England to Montreal in the summer of 2005. According to the Barrs, “the idea was to create a refined and exploratory sound that blended Brad's habit of writing left field catchy coffeehouse ditties with an ensemble of people and instruments that would sound like nothing they had heard before.†As luck would have it, the brothers quickly immersed themselves in the Montreal music scene and found a few able bodied collaborators to round out their new band: Miles Perkin (bass, vocals), Sarah Page (harp) and Jeff Louch (organ, synthesizers). Though Super Little gigs have been scarce while the Barrs tour with Sonya Kitchell, the group will come together for a local gig at Montreal’s Metropolis on December 11.
