Facebook's New TOS: "We Can Do Anything We Want With Your Content

This new message is now sitting at the top of my home page:

Over the past few days, we have received a lot of feedback about the new terms we posted two weeks ago. Because of this response, we have decided to return to our previous Terms of Use while we resolve the issues that people have raised.

Anyone who believes that the things they post on the Interweb are somehow private, on a site that they do not control, is truly ignorant.

Sorry, but that's a fact. Most TOS's out there, whether it be GMail, Microsoft, Yahoo etc, pretty much ensure that, in the end, you have no control over what you put out there.

This is not new.
