zero Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 I'm surprised nobody's commented on the new HBO show starring Danny McBride produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay his writing partner.It's about a washed up baseball player returning to his hometown to be the phys. ed. teacher at the local high school. The lead character has promise and Ferrell appears in future episodes, Will's described McBride as his hero - you can sort of see why he's a really lovable physical comedian.Plus in the first episode McBride and his buddy are doing coke in the back of a bar and his buddy sums up 'so following around Panic that's basically what I did for a few years'.
