Hello all,

Not sure if this is of interest to anyone, but I am hiring for three positions in Toronto. I have two Account Executive positions - 1 term and one permanent and 1 Rental Consultant position. Only firecrackers need apply. We're looking for someone that we'll have to hold back, they're so good at selling. This is for a luxury property so people have to be on brand with that image as well. Job Description:

Overall Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of our Furnished Suites business by building new business and maximizing revenue potential of existing clients by maintaining client relations at the highest level

Sales

•Participate in development and implementation of new business strategies

•Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings

•Develop and grow revenue within existing business

•Identify potential key accounts and qualify them for potential long-term partnerships

•Maintain current prospect database

•Customize sales proposals for clients

•Assist in the development of sales strategies

•Co-ordinate and participate in promotions, trade shows, company events, mailings and advertising

•Keep abreast of market trends through networking, association activities, trade publications and competitive analysis and communicate results on a regular basis

Administrative Services

•Complete sales activity reports on a weekly basis

•Initiate correspondence, handle own filing and mail

•Prepare and execute proposals or other strategic contracts

Service and Quality

•Execute Attentive standards

•Record sales-related suggestions, requests, complaints and service breakdowns

•Participate in regular sales meetings and provide input on internal and external, sales related requests, suggestions, complaints and service breakdowns

Miscellaneous

•Participate in organizational strategic planning and implementation

•Participate in internal policy/procedure development

•Flexibility on hours worked

•Available and aware to on-call policies

Requirements:

•Relevant post secondary education

•Minimum three (3) years progressive experience in hospitality or sales related positions, equivalent combination of education and experience are considered

•Demonstrated abilities in new business development, closing deals and client relationship management

•Customer service focused, strategic and innovative thinking, ability to build relationships, achievement oriented, team oriented, negotiation skills

•Knowledge of contract analysis, financial analysis, relevant industry legislation, computer proficiency

•Microsoft Office & Maestro

Job Description:

OVERALL PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Effectively market and sell luxury product and service to prospective residents, while maximizing revenue per available suite (REVPAS) and delivering an exceptional customer experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Implements and champions business strategies and brand, with attention to the company’s vision and values

•Demonstrates an ability to consistently meet personal financial targets

•Achieves budgeted net rental revenue per available suite on quarterly basis

•Monitors market rents, vacancy loss, and promotions

•Completes all leasing activity to established standards

•Ensures consistent application of set policies and procedures

•Communicates set policies and procedures clearly to customers

•Collects and records all traffic information on a daily basis

•Understands and adheres to safe work practices

•Ensures implementation of internal service delivery and quality assurance to meet standards and internal customer expectations

•Maintains proactive and effective communication with internal customers

•Ensures execution of projects, according to expectations

•Responds to all rental inquiries in a timely manner, with a strong sales focus

•Conducts oneself with the utmost dignity and professionalism in all dealings

•Cross-sells to other Minto buildings through referrals

•Takes ownership of any customer issues and concerns

•Conducts thorough tours of site and suites

•Identifies what the customer values and matches his/her needs to our product and/or service

•Takes steps to service recovery and follows up with customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Grade12, relevant post secondary education an asset Equivalent combination of education and experience are considered.

Prior Related Experience:

Minimum two (2) years progressive relevant experience in sales or leasing. Experience in property management, real estate or hospitality industries an asset.

Role-Specific Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of marketing, sales, and leasing processes, administrative process, contract analysis, relevant industry legislation (Residential Tenancies Act), and computer proficiency.

Compensation - $45,000 plus incentives
