Northern Wish
Sitting at my buddies place and he has this terrible WinPC loop of pop ups happening....."Your computer is infected, click yes or no"Click no, or nothing"You must provide cc information for your cleanup"Its happening in both IE and FFox. Any thoughts on how to get rid of it, software titles, maybe even a heady download link?I told him to stay away from Habs porn until further notice.....Sean

Esau.
Adaware & Spybot both offer free downloads. Not sure about malwarebytes, mine is a pay version.http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybotsd/index.htmlhttp://www.lavasoft.com/single/trialpay.php
Booche
NW dont ask any more questions because you might add more confusion. Click on both of Esau's links and download those programs.Install both, update the definition files (the programs should make it easy enough), reboot into Safe Mode to run them.
