You can also use SoundForge (since you were using it already.) Just cut or copy and open a new blank file and paste. You can put in your track marks in the main large file just by hitting 'm' I think it is. Select the space between two track marks by double clicking or so.

This is the first chance Ive had to work on this since the other night...it worked but it put the tracks all out of order when the split and now it wont play in order? Any other suggestions...Ive tried the "M" in SF but it isnt doing what I want either...maybe I need a manual.

m just puts a marker in - put the marker where you want the track split to be. click between the start of the wav file and the marker to highlight that area - ctrl-c to copy - ctrl-n new file - ctrl-v paste into that file. Save as "the mix that kix track1" or what have you....when you make the second track split, you click between it and the last marker...rinse and repeat.
