hey folks! we are looking for a roommate in the kitchener area for June 1/immediately. available is one bedroom w. bathroom and living room (hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout) on the main floor of a really nice, well maintained house in downtown kitchener (queen and joseph area). there is a large raised patio and modern kitchen (w. washer/dryer) that are shared with two other fun but mature roommates. rent for all of this is $420 incl. how long is the walk for groceries/laundry?

the laundry (washer/dryer) is in the kitchen of the apartment (so very close) and closest grocery shops would be Central Meat Market or Sobey's on Highland (if you are an early riser on saturdays (i am not) the Kitchener Market is not far. the location of the apt. is very near the bus terminal/Victoria Park area. please contact my email if interested. pics are available, i just can never figure out how to post them on this site..
