I bought what I thought was Gorgonzola today, only to find when I got home that it's actually "Borgonzola"*. It's made by Tre Stelle, so I figure it's not crap, but I wondered about the name. It turns out that Tre Steele makes Gorgonzola, with Borgonzola being "a semi-soft ripened cheese that incoportates [sic] the smooth, mild flavour of Brie with a dash of Blue throughout. This cheese was a finalist in the Blue Cheese category for the 2000 and 2002 Canadian Cheese Grand Prix." I'll try it later today.

Aloha,

Brad

* Resisting this cheese may be futile...
