The problem is, when the promoter of an event like that says they are surprised by drug use or were trying to discourage it, it holds about as much weight as the sixteen year old telling his parents he didn't know the older kids would be drinking.Edit to add: and I'm sure that CBC is blowing it out of proportion. I think we all know how much the media loves to jump on these things, with the help of local law enforcement. And my outdoorsy cousin from Burlington, VT went to Camp Bisco this year which I thought was a trip, she complied that it was in fact a 'tweakfest'.
