Guest Low Roller
Currently I use Nero and it's a great tool for burning, however the menu authoring tool is very limited in the sense that I can't manipulate the buttons to my liking. The problem is that I have to have the buttons, I can't make the text highlight as the 'button' itself, which is very annoying. So let's say I have a music DVD with 14 songs, each one has to have a big button image with the text underneath it. Pain in ass.So what do you guys use? Esau.
I use Sony DVD Architect 4.0 and Vegas 7.0DVD Architect for authoring the DVD (menu pages, buttons & motion backgrounds, music etc) and vegas for editing both music & video (5.1-surround sound as well).[edit to add]Here's a review http://www.dvpa.com/public/141.cfm Edited September 4, 2009 by Guest
TheAlphaNerd
There is a great dvd authoring tool including in the adobe suite... called Encore. It is really great as you can design your menu's in photoshop and import them in encore and retain your individual layers.Great workflow in my opinion.
