deranger Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 Pittsburgh does not blow. Go to the South Side of town, very cool area, safe, lots of bars, students, generally a very good vibe. And many tattoo parlors should the mood strike you. E Carson St. is the cool street to start at on the South Side. Like Queen West in TO or the Market in Ottawa.
