Northern Wish
Good shows there, but how on earth can anyone go to see or care to see live music after a Phish show in NYC is beyond me.By the time you walk 20+ miles all over the city, rock out for 3+ hours and then walk all the way back to wherever you are staying- another step is not possible for this guy. YearsAlongTheSea
They forgot 'Bustle In Your Hedgerow': It's the Russo-Benevento Duo with Scott Metzger (Nasty!!!) on guitar and Dave Driewitz on Bass doing Led Zeppelin covers. It's at the Highline Ballroom post MSG on the 2nd. It's my birthday that night so I'm gonna be raging it for sure... MySpace Page

Freeker
Good shows there, but how on earth can anyone go to see or care to see live music after a Phish show in NYC is beyond me.By the time you walk 20+ miles all over the city, rock out for 3+ hours and then walk all the way back to wherever you are staying- another step is not possible for this guy. It's NYC, the city that never sleeps! After NYE 03 Sloth and I raged Karl Densen till 8 am.The key is to stay somewhere central, like at the Hotel Penn right across the street from MSG.Have fun all those lucky enough to be going! Marcust99
MSG is definately my favorite place to see Phish. I think I've seen 14 Phish shows there starting with the NYE '95 run. NYC rules!

Marcust99
Sorry, 12 shows not 14. Getting old, some things are a bit of a blur as the years go by. Wish I could make this year, but with kids and a busy job, shows are not as easy to go to as they were in my bachelor days...2002 * 2002-12-31 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY)1998 * 1998-12-31 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1998-12-30 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1998-12-29 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1998-12-28 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY)1997 * 1997-12-31 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1997-12-30 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1997-12-29 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY)1996 * 1996-10-22 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1996-10-21 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY)1995 * 1995-12-31 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) * 1995-12-30 (Madison Square Garden, New York, NY) Edited November 17, 2009 by Guest
