Serious!! This compilation is amazing! Last night we were listening to the org. and then covers. Jerry can play a song!!! Usually better then the actual artist!

I've been listening to this all morning and one thing is for certain aside from similar themes running throughout.......Jerry had wicked taste.

We all knew that but hearing these songs back to back to back to back really brings it home. It's mindblowing when you put it in context of how young he was when he heard some of these songs. I love the old blues numbers! You know for sure Pigpen showed alot of those to Jerry.

Thanks for posting that list Kev, I wasn't sure if I'd grabbed all of them in time. It appears I did.

Although, it seems I'm missing some of the Garcia versions (tracks 1-69). I think I may have deleted them while cleaning up my d/l folder. Would I be able to trouble you or someone for those?
