Velvet Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Phorbesie and I hit Uncle Sam's today for pulled pork and sides. She gave her sandwich a 6 out of 10. I'll give mine maybe a 7. Good sauce, smallish portion, stringy and not as 'pulled' as I like it, though I ordered and paid for a side of beans and ended up with both beans and slaw. The beans were meh, the slaw not too bad but not exceptional.We bought a bottle of sauce but I doubt I'll hit Uncle Sam's again this year. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Perhaps 3rd but no more. I was there today and it was much better than yesterdays lunch. Think TissueMan and I are gonna hit Gator tomorrow. He said he has heard good things.
