If you read between the lines it's as if you're getting more and more drunk as you make that recipe.

You start out perhaps a bit tipsy with a bold plan of lovingly sautéing onion, carrots, celery, garlic and seasoning it delicately and carefully through to the end where you're tossing in flavour packets (whatever that is!) and forking it into your gob in a drunken frenzy. Hell, maybe you even spilled the beer into the pan by accident!

"Om nom nom, heeeeeey this is actually pretty good!!!!"
