Im going home Donny
to go with rice noodly, tofu kinda things...anyone have the magic ingredients for amazing spicey peanut sauces...mine always turn out too goopy, too peanut buttery. I wonder if our super heady organic PJ is apart of the problem. I'm fully willing to go crappy PJ if this is the issue.
bouche
hey. How'd your peanut sauce work out? What did I suggest on FB again? Red curry paste, fish sauce, minced cilantro roots, coconut milk and some peanut butter. I think natural sugar free is better if you want to balance it with sugar yourself but straight up skippy works fine.
Im going home Donny
oh! I think you only suggested the paste and coconut milk(quit fb for a stint so I can't check). Caroline and I made some with rice noodles and veggies and it was a definate improvement! Stuck with the heady peanut butter too. Next time I'm going with your further suggestions above..sounds great! Thankyou! My next thing to figure out is how to fry soft tofu in little triangles without it turning to mushy, greasy messyness.
