With each short prototyped section costing between $400,000.00 and $500,000.00, you could imagine what the value to the victor of this proposal bid would be due. Too bad the poll option doesn't work or we could all vote on our fave... 1. Caddell Construction #1 - "Old Faithful" 2. Caddell Construction #2 - "Wonky Pete" 3.
